I am Co-Director of SheCanHeCan.

For the past 6 years I have been working with SheCanHeCan in Monaco across a number of equality and inclusion projects.

I am working to expand EDI and Anti Racism work across Europe and this role is a key part of that journey.

Equity and Inclusion in Monaco

SheCanHeCan offers equity, diversity and inclusion workshops to companies and international schools, both in Monaco and across Europe. 

The workshops vary depending on your requirements however our core workshops focus on

  • An understanding power and privilege

  • Learning to challenge 'invisible' discrimination such as gaslighting and unconscious bias

  • A focus on the impact of representation

  • Adopting specific tools and techniques that will support the development of better inclusion in the workplace. 

SheCanHeCan works at the public and collaboratively at the state level to provide training, consultation and country wide events that engage the population in important conversations on equity and inclusion.

As part of my ongoing period equity work, in 2019 I brought the Red Box Project to Monaco which since its inception has sought to make Monaco the first period equitable country.

Now under the name Monarègles we will have soon successfully installed free period products and workshops into all Monaco schools.

Together, we work to bring this initiative to Monaco based businesses and establishments so that access to period products becomes a right for all.
