Consultancy

My EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) and anti-racism consulting is largely bespoke and built together with the client and is to the specific needs and goals of your company, while my role is to also inform and advise how best to proceed there are parameters to every project. The work may vary in format, duration, and content, generally aiming to provide organisations with the tools and strategies to create more inclusive and equitable workplaces.

Our relationship is typically designed through a collaborative process between the client and the consultant. As the consultant I will work with you to identify your needs, goals, and challenges related to EDI and anti-racism work. This may involve conducting an audit, a needs assessment, gathering input from employees, and reviewing existing policies and practices. Once your needs and goals have been identified, I as the consultant will work with with you [the client] to develop a combination of facilitated dialogues, training sessions, workshops, coaching and educational programs and resources in line with your action plan.

"We initially got in touch with Kasey at a turning point for Impression in which we felt we needed structured guidance with EDI. Despite all the best intentions, we recognised that we weren't experts and we had the potential to create much more impactful change with help from an expert.

Over the course of our relationship so far, Kasey has approached the work with passion, empathy and understanding that this can be a tricky road to navigate. Helping to create a common language at Impression through training, facilitated conversations with our senior leadership team and a staff survey to understand perceptions, Kasey has helped us to understand our position in a much clearer way. Kasey has provided great recommendations based on the time and effort she has put into understanding our business and we look forward to working with her further in the future."
