Program design

Program researcher, designer and creator

My role as a course or learning program designer is tailored to the needs of specific audiences, such as corporate employees, students, non profit organisations, or private professional groups.

My work remains informed by the latest research and best practices in the field of EDI and anti-racism.

As a subject matter expert and educator myself I rely on my studies at The London School of Economic and Political Science alongside my extensive work inside a range of companies across sectors to develop course content that is relevant, engaging, and effective in promoting EDI and anti-racism. This work may also rely on my collaboration with instructional designers and multimedia specialists to develop course materials, including online modules, videos, and interactive activities.

“We collaborated with Kasey to create an online, 3 module learning course on Anti Racism and Human Rights. Kasey's flexible, globally conscious and harm reduction centred approach to this work was particularly suited to this project as we wanted to provide an accessible, open and engaging platform for our audiences to enroll in. Kasey brought a wealth of knowledge on anti racism practise, the roots and history of anti Black racism in the UK and the ways in which we can collectively start to embed Anti Racism into our daily lives. She was able to challenge our thinking, allow space for group and peer learning and she consistently strived for the most equitable way to produce detailed, yet clear learning moments despite the weight of its content for many groups of people. Working with Kasey as a group was both engaging and enjoyable and despite the large number of stakeholders and large range of inputs in the creative process Kasey's flexibility with timelines and ability to reprioritise work was very helpful. Together we were able to produce a large scale piece of work that we think will contribute to real change amongst our activist community and the wider public. ”
