Collaboration and Accountability

My Commitment

As part of my role as an Anti Racism expert and specialist, collaboration and accountability are what also makes my work so impactful. Across the project management, design and delivery aspects of my work I commit to collaboration with other Black women anti-racism consultants.

I recognise the power of collective action and understand that addressing systemic racism [and anti Blackness] requires collaboration from the academic theories I engage with [Black feminist theory, postcolonial theory etc.] to the Black women I partner with in professional settings.

Over recent years I have worked with Hayley, Nagela and Jade in a myriad of ways to leverage their expertise, experiences and insights in order to develop comprehensive strategies and interventions. In this way I too am also held to account, am able to ensure better transparency and maintain ethical practices in my work.

My practise would not be possible without the sacrifices, contributions and ongoing commitment of Black women past and present and I consistently speak to their role in my work.
