My responsibilities include managing and leading collaborative workspaces with diverse teams to adapt working initiatives to leadership levels, ensuring alignment across teams, departments and organisations.

I specialise in implementing EDI and anti-racism action plans as integral components of long and short-term strategic roadmaps for a range of companies and organisations. Leveraging my expertise, I assess client needs, focus points, and potential challenges, providing tailored support for project and program development.

My role extends to designing comprehensive learning course content on critical topics such as race/racism, women and girls’ rights, citizenship and religion, sexual orientation and gender identity, and masculinities. Through facilitating regular workshops, trainings, and discussions on EDI, I enhance employee fluency on crucial topics.

I am adept at presenting at internal and external stakeholder meetings, conferences, outreach activities, and can effective communicate the importance of EDI initiatives to audiences. Additionally, I conduct assessments, provide ad hoc consultations online and in person, and utilise methodologies such as survey creation, focus groups, and one-on-one sessions to create audits that seek to develop the work and drive meaningful change.

In collaboration with internal teams, I assist and advise on internal audits related to policies and recruitment practices, identifying and removing barriers to promote better inclusive practices. Furthermore, I oversee the integration of EDI principles into all departments and activities, ensuring a holistic approach to organisational inclusivity.

As a leader in EDI efforts, I support and spearhead the creation or development of Employee Resource Groups, Gender Networks, Accountability Networks, and Affinity Spaces, empowering employees to drive institutional initiatives and responsibilities forward.
